Driver For You provides monthly, permanent, and on-demand driver services across Bangalore.
Our drivers are verified, trained, and assigned based on the customer’s requirements, such as vehicle type (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, Luxury Car, or Corporate Use).

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or direct call.

• Once we receive your request, our team will contact you to confirm driver availability, timing, and pricing.

• Bookings are confirmed only after acknowledgment from our support team.

3. Tariffs and Payment

• Monthly driver tariffs are based on working hours (8 / 10 / 12 hours per day) and vehicle type.

• Prices may vary based on experience, location, or special requirements.

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer as per the agreed terms.

• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

4. Working Hours and Overtime

• The standard working schedule covers 26 days a month.

• Overtime beyond the agreed hours will incur additional charges as per company policy.

• Any extension or change in timing should be informed to our team in advance.

5. Driver Conduct and Responsibilities

• All our drivers are verified, trained, and experienced in handling multiple vehicle types.

• Drivers are instructed to maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and safe driving standards.

• Any misconduct or concern should be reported immediately to our customer support team for review and action.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure the driver’s working conditions are safe and respectful.

• Vehicles should be insured and in good condition.

• The customer is responsible for providing clear details about duty hours, pickup points, and driving routes.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made before driver assignment are free of charge.

• Once a driver is assigned or has arrived at your location, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Driver For You acts as a service facilitator connecting clients with verified drivers.
While we ensure thorough screening, we are not responsible for:

• Any loss, damage, or accident caused by driver negligence.

• Any personal agreements made directly between driver and client outside of our platform.

Clients are encouraged to maintain valid insurance coverage for their vehicles at all times.

9. Privacy Policy

All customer information shared with Driver For You is kept confidential and secure.
We use your contact details only for booking confirmation, support, and service updates.
